Damn, who are you getting quotes from? I take it your parents have lots of NCD's and no accidents?

My theory on the 323 insurance was that the smaller capacity models may be a higher risk rate as they are the entry level BMW and tend to get crashed more.

What are you driving at the moment?

At the moment i'm driving a fiat bravo 1.4sx and its costing me £2000 to insure it and thats just third party fire and theft

Ouch?! Did you run quotes through with Elephant and confused.com?

All I have to compare it to is my 21 year old mate who is paying £1000-1200 on a Civic type R. Elephant were cheapest for him and me.

try gocompare too...you can add your mum after getting solo quotes,for comparison purposes.

yep just done that and its still more to add me mum :( f*ck knows whats going on there, anyone else got any recommendations please
