    After a few hundred miles in your 120D the dealer experience will become
    a distant, hazy memory and you won't be able to get that

    It's a shame that dealers (some at least) don't appreciate just how different they can make you feel. For most, it's the second biggest purchase behind a house.

    Have to say BMW are not alone in this respect. Some of the horror stories I hear on the FiatForum (sorry) are laughable.

    I guess with the current climate, the wheat will get sorted from the chaff. It would appear that when things were good, all that was needed to become a car salesman was a cheap suit and a handful of hair-gel.
