    Delayed Intro:

Hi all, and what a GREAT forum!

I've been lurking here a while, reading lots of info and looking for my first BMW.

Having owned cars from old to brand new I feel that depreciation can truely spoil the pleasure of ownership, and so I prefer to buy a good condition older model.

So far I'm very pleased with my '96 red 318ti. As a family member (and long-time BMW owner) said after a test drive - It's 90% of the car it was, for 10% of the price!

I've had a bit of work done to keep it minty as possible. Changed the after-market headlights back to originals with rings. Fitted MV1 wheels. And like Mark, above - I want more power!!

Thanks again for membership to such a buzzing forum.

    Phil
