    Hi guys!

I've been toying with the idea of getting a BMW for a while.
I really like the idea of a black 330 with red leather seats, and after doing some reading I've only heard good things. It would have to be petrol and a manual also.

I currently have a civic type R, which is incredible to drive... but just isn't my kind of car. It's been really reliable though, so I want to find out more about 330s, and what problems I might come across in my search.

I also want to find one to have a good test drive in before deciding to sell up.

Oh, and I'm based in Dundee/Edinburgh in Scotland.

Thanks, just reading through things now.

Just checking out the for sale section... am I right in saying I need to become a paid member to view cars for sale? there only seems to be 3 cars which seems odd for such a large forum.

most people here dont sell their cars they are to in love with them occasionally someone will sell if buying new or better.piston heads auto trader is best place to look to be honest.most people use the forum to find how to fix problems or to chat about their car/cars.im sure you will be doing the same when you get your 330 you dont have to pay (although donations are welcome if you find the info helpful)to view anything although there are restrictions if you wanted to sell

    Welcome mate

Have a search of the forum, and a browse of the General BMW section, plenty of threads on E46's and 330s.
