Any news D4VEB?
nope nothing yet mate im guessing she's parked in a container or lock up somewhere or as police seem to think parked some where full of stolen goods from 2 burglerys that day aswell....
hey guys apart from my other post about my dead e36,
met police have found my e46 abbandoned on a piece of waste land in dangenham with different plates on her, havent seen it yet hopefully have a look tomorrow once finger printing has been done apparrently still all in tact, are keep you al posted
Post up some pictures of her when you can if you can bear to
gonna post some pictures up when i get home, yea they said all intact just waiting for police to fingerprint, then i can go and look, insurance said they want it to go back to bmw's to have new locks barrels and keys and a clean up and any work that needs doing hopefully none. is there away of finding out any engine history ie top speed highest rev etc?? i dont spose their is just a thought????
Im not sure that the ECu is clever enough to record all of that info but I will find out.
An audible inspection of the engine by a good mechanic and also a drive will tell you everything you need to know.
Also, closely inspect the tyres for wear..if they are bald you know its been thrashed and you could get on to the insurers about possible engine damage etc
I am sorry to hear of your loss, I think when these scum take peoples cars, are caught they should have their right foot cut off.
