hi all, my names craig and i own a 56 plate hyundai coupe v6, i actually own the uk owners club, im looking to buy a cheap bmw to transform, id like to buy a bit of a wreck and spend some hours making it somthing special, the hyundai isnt the cheapest car to run so id rather not do any more to it and the bmw would be a track car possible show car depends on how far i decide to go, i do have a few questions thou which ill post in the relevant sections.

hope this is ok - link to a page on my website which shows my hyundai coupe

    Welcome to bimmerforums uk.

The Coupe.........what an unusual car to modify!!! Each to their own though.

What size engine are you after as a base in your possible purchase?

tbh i never bought the coupe to mod, infact this is my second hyundai coupe the 1st was a 2.0l, i just wanted a set of alloys for it then once i got them it just unfoled from there and i went mad, the 2.0l just didnt have enough power thou so i got the 1 you see in the links, this is a 2.7v6, responds alot better to mods, i have the bug lol

as for the bmw, id like a 2.0l - 2.5l

    Welcome Craig

I used to own a Hyundai Coupe, might have been your forum I used to be on a couple of years ago.

325 or 328 would be best bets if getting the BM for track use
