After loosing my job a couple of weeks ago, I also lost my company car...so i decided to buy a 2001, 320 coupe to work on till I get back on the employed ladder...after selling these cars back in 2001 i always loved the 320, a nice balance of the gorgeous 6 cylinder and running costs.

As a bonus it also has a few nice extras including the BMW bodykit which i think is nicely sporty but not "chavvy" either..

so the last few days I've stripped the car of all seats, wet vaxed the interior and the seats, cleaned and conditioned the half leather..took all the lights off and re-sealed with silicone as they were leaking and full of water!

Took me the whole of today to clay bar, polish and detail the exterior...still not finished though..

have to say a big hello and thank you at the same time as ive used quite a few "how to's" in the process

just a couple of questions, if i may..

1: Has anyone used plasti-dip on there wheels? i was thinking of using the clear which ends up looking like matt chrome as i really want them better than they are..
2: The chrome exterior trim round the windows has dulled and pitted...and way of bringing this back up?
3: Plasti-dip on the ashtray area which has light scratching?
4: Is there anything that will stick the hanging trim round the windows on the interior..ive tried silicone, super glue and nothing is sticking it!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated and again a big hello to everyone!!!

    Hello there
Before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes; after that, who cares?! He's a mile away and you've got his shoes!
