    Hi all,

Joined up as I am researching used examples of the E92 335i.

Just wondering if there are any known issues on UK models - I've read about the HPFP issues on some of the US forums. I am used to turbo cars having come from R34 Skyline ownership. Aside from the usual turbo charged checks is there anything specific to look out for when inspecting and test driving a used 335i?

Should I avoid higher mileages > 70k? Or is it fairly safe to assume on a 4 year old car this is mostly motorway mileage and therefore nothing really to worry about?

    Thanks!

Check for cracks on the inside of rear rims on 19" wheels if fitted
Check for rattling wastegates on the turbo's on over-run, there is a service bulletin.

    Welcome to the site

Along with what Mark said, if higher mileage like you say, they may well be motorway miles - so check for stone chips.
