    Hey guys,

I am now (or should be) the proud owner of a lovely new 2004 316ti ES

But on picking up my new baby had the most horrific journey home!

All was fine setting off until she unexpectedly stalled on me when slowing down for a roundabout, thought it was my fault, so quickly restarted and carried on with my 2 hour drive home, next roundabout - stalled, next one - stalled again and so on, also acceleration randomly lagging, it seemed the further i drove the more she stalled and lagged, absolutely gutted! Finally arrived home and nearly burst into tears lol

Have phoned the company who sold me the car and they are coming to collect it to get it sorted, or at least i hope so!

Started her up today and she dont sound good lol typical!

Anyway i wont go on too much as im only introducing myself, am excited about finally getting my first BMW, but just gutted that i cant flipping drive it lol!

    So hi everyone

    Welcome knighty,
I believe you could well have a faulty camshaft intake sensor fault, if your codes are read this should show up, not a major fault and should be a fairly easy fix for the garage to replace it
