    Hello people of Bimmerforums,

Today I got myself a 1994 dark blue BMW e34 525i Touring Automatic. I think it's nice. This is my third BMW, the other two being e30 325i coupes, one a D reg manual, the other a F reg automatic. Both were epic cars, so I hope this e34 will live up to those little beauties that I had before.

Sadly it's not totally bog standard. Let me start with what it has. Twin sunroofs (not sure if this was an option, but it's cool), AC (needs gassing so they took the belt off to save wear and tear), trip computer (quite useless at this age), light grey leather seats, with dark wood trim. Nothing else too exciting.

The engine is sweet considering it's done 198k miles. And it's in clean condition. Could do with a bit of tlc, it does have a couple of small rust spots here and there. And the odd rattle and creak.

Overall I'm happy with the purchase, now you can all guess how much I paid for her.

    Here are the pics.

I do have a few queries which I will post in the relevant place.

    See you all around.

Well £575, came with mot till nov, and no tax. It does come with HID dipped beams and powerflow ss exhaust (which i would happily swap for a bog standard one in good condition).

Also, I don't think those wheels are standard on the e34 are they? It has 235 wide tyres! It's also lost it's fluid filled shock from the front and they are replaced with standard ones, sad really. But the front has new shocks, track rod ends and control arms.
Can anyone shed me some light on the wheel size for this car. Again, i'd quite happily swap the wheels for a proper size if this is not the right one for the car, different wheels could have buggered up the front shocks in the first place me thinks.
