Welcome to the Uk & the forum.

From my experiance avoid any places that have uniforms, sell tyres, exhausts and batteries and offer to do things quick....

I'm sure someone will come up with a BMW specialist in the area, but also from experience, if you want something done to a very high standard, by people with a passion for everything car related and at a fair price - find yourself a classic car workshop/restorer and ask if they can do specific/custom jobs. Chances are they won't be able to hook your M5 up to a computer and remap its ECU but exhausts/body work/rebuilds/custom work - they do for breakfast.... and be prepared to get lectures on anything from the origins of the UNC thread to how best to protect your grease nipples from clogging up...

For your questions regarding Supercharging I'd ask in the Tuning Forum on this site - http://www.bimmerforums.co.uk/forum/f81/

For questions regarding your exhaust you might be best asking in the Bodywork & Styling forum here - http://www.bimmerforums.co.uk/forum/f4/

    Hope this helps
