Hello to all the members, I have just signed up to the forum as I have just purchased a 53 plate 330d touring which I hope to pick up in the next week. After 6 years of driving a Peugeot 406 I needed to go back to a BM as soon as I had the cash. The Pug was ok (just) but had a great 3.0 V6 engine which made it a great "Q car" but it was not a nice to drive as my old E36 320.

No doubt I will have a few questions to ask you all once I have been driving the car for a while. I intend to get the car re mapped so will be asking for some recomendations nearer the time.

Will do Ronnie, should have the car in 7 days or so once the money has been transfered.

I picked the car up yesterday and have done about 120 miles so I am getting used to the feel of the car and all the little gadgets. I should have taken some pices yesterday when it was fine and the car was immaculate but didnt have time. Today its raining and the car looks a little grubby at the back end due to muck off the raods, I will post a few pics when I get a nice day and 10 minutes spare time.

Fingers crossed for lots of trouble free motoring and that I dont get nabbed for speeding as the 330d has some punch and it doesnt feel like you are going as fast as you are.
