Hi all just a quick up date. I see that ABMWWORLD has not posted a reply; I did not think he would as he was only on here for his own gains.

I got a reply from Tammc via eBay in which he states " m8 trust me don’t even bother going to see it .. i travelled from glasgow for it and it was a real dissapointment and the seller is a total ? .. he wouldnt even let me test drive it lol honestly dont go for it .."

If only Tammc had of left ABMWWORLD bad feedback about the car then I would not be in this mess.

A bit more about the car last serviced in a BMW garage in 1999 with 101000 miles, the next recorded service and MOT in 2000 has 80000 miles recorded. I think this car has been to the moon and back. The car was also listed as having a clean bill of health with no advisories, but when I checked with VOSA it had 5.

I have sent emails to ABMWWORLD asking for a return of some of what I paid to have the car repaired, but no reply.

Trading Standards are prepared to take a criminal case against him based on the car not being fit for the purpose, ie get you from A to B, and on his dishonest deceptive written description of the car, which turned out to be the complete opposite. But this will not help me.

I do not think that this car should have passed an MOT test based on the condition that it is in. VOSA would be prepared to investigate how it passed an MOT and re MOT the car in Scotland, I know it will fail as it has no working horn, worn wheel bearings etc, but that again will again not help me and will only leave the car without an MOT.

All that leaves me to do is to take ABMWWORLD to court.

    conned well and truly !!!
