Hi, im Neil and today I a paid a deposit on a 56 plate 335I.

I have had a Leon Cupra K1 for a few months, but as i am approaching my 40th birthday i thought i should get something a little more grown up.

The 335I fits the bill perfectly, fast, comfortable, reassuringly expensive and understated, it has lowish mileage, at about 26k, its black with dark trim inside and out .

One question at the mo, what are the differences between the E91, E92 and E93 models?

    Get it re-mapped !!

Check those alloys for cracking on the inside edges before picking it up too.

Hi Mark, i have read about the alloys cracking, but i thought it mainly affected the 19"er's, my 335I only has the 17's so do i still need to get them checked?.

OOhh and the remap will be booked in the new year

You should be okay with the 17's. Only heard of one issue with 17's cracking and they had been butchered by kerbs.

Good news on the remap, made a huge difference to mine.
