    nooo well a p-reg for fiesta is like 4000 so its cheaper anyway, but its the only car in house, ill be on social, and its an auto diesel. it comes to £1240 a year fully comp, my auntie and uncle are insurance brokers lol they gave me a quote.

    Welcome to the forum.

    But i have to say that your dad is mental. I wouldnt let you drive that car. You are going to be an awful driver with no experience so a rwd car with a little bit of go in it isnt ideal.

    As for modifying it. Dont bother. Wait until you have your own car. You will just be wasting your money otherwise.

    yea just make sure u keep the traction control on lol give it 3 months b4 its round a lampost

    my dad takes me to airfields and we have a play, and tbf even with the DTC off, its a bit... yawny, like theres a little bit of something there, then the turbo kicks in at 3.5k, then at 5 its all outta ideas. and as for modyfing, its a father-son thing... we dont usually "bond" lol last thing we did together was a motorbike, and that went well good.

    i got a quote for my son whose 19 on my 330i sport auto and it came back at almost £6000 thats with my 60% no claims etc.As for stickers if my son had any sort of idea to customise my car id chop off his lefty

    yea when i was 19 i needed insuring on my bosses car to do satalite break downs he had a 530d msport ( nice bit of kit) but my insurance came in at £4900 , what insurance company is insurin you for £1240 ? there nuts lol
