Hey everyone! Just thought I'd take a moment to join up and post a little intro about myself

I'm Sean (bet you couldn't have guessed from my username?) and from a small town called Stanley, about 12 miles from Newcastle Upon Tyne and 12 miles from Durham, so technically, the middle of no where!

I'm 25 years old and currently working for Nissan building the Qashqai. Not the greatest job, but it pays well and I sort of enjoy it!

Anyway, I've been after a E30 or E36 for some time but always seemed to get something Japanese. So, after being unhappy with my Subaru Impreza and my daily MG ZS not meeting expectations, I put both up for sale. A nice guy came along with my new car and offered it in part ex. So to cut a long story short, we done a deal, and I now have a 1997 E36 323i Coupe.

Has a few flaws like a massive scratch down the passenger side and sometimes struggles to start, but generally its clean and I like it! I'll start a tread later, but heres a few pictures after it's been cleaned, polished, waxed and repeated along with my best friends 911 Turbo....

    Sean

Thank you for the welcome guys. Look forward to using the forum more. Just got to change the inlet manifold gasket as I've got a major air leak causing me difficulty in starting the car. Doesn't look too bad a job, just a little awkward more than anything.
