    2002 52 REG BMW 330CI MSPORT CONVERTIBLE AUTOMATIC 82,000 MILES HPI-CLEAR F.S.H | eBay
    BMW 330ci M sport | eBay

The convertible is my fave as less miles/hardtop etc, but i also really like the coupe!

If it was you buying which would you get

The convertible is a nice colour and Harmon Kardon speakers (check if it has the button with a speaker in front of the gearbox as some people just fit the covers!), but the coupe is facelift.

As for problems, I bought a 325ci for myself as a 21st present and it ticked my boxes, I wanted the black paint with red sports leather, the HK sound system and a manual gearbox, it also came with a rear electric blind. It was on 85k and it is now on 88k. I replaced the water pump as it was making a bit of a noise, the passenger door actuator failed, replaced an oil seal in the engine, I also repaired the indicator stalk as the OBC button stopped working. There will be small things which fail due to the age and mileage. All of the above were very simple repairs and took an hour or less to do.

Previous owner gave me a wallet full of work that had been done and copies of every MOT since it had its first one, some people say the receipts are more important than the mileage of the car. The repairs have been cheap (I am a university student, but have done the repairs myself with the help of forum DIY guides).

Fuel will be fairly heavy; I am only getting about 23/24 mpg, but a lot of that is in town, I am sure being stuck in London traffic it is in the teens. Hasn't put me off wanting an M5 when I finish studying!

I hope you find the car you want.

Well job done, the coupe is mine ..

Loads of receipts for bits done to it, every single MOT certificate and tax disc! She's perfect.
