    Hi all, just got myself a 2003 e46 330d and loving every minute :-)

    Serviced it last week end and I'm gona be removing the swirl flaps after reading all about them on here.. Just waiting on the blanks to arrive.

    Anyway, I'm Steven from Wigan and will prob be using this forum alot as I don't really know my way around BMWs as I've had French crap in the past :-/

    Like myself new on here and you've got the same car as me.... so we're in the same camp.... and you're name Steven too.

    The 330d's a great car but like you say swirl flap removal is a good idea a friend of mines just seen his 320d condemed the other day due to this very issue.

    Oh and as for the French Crap.... Guess what I do for a living?

    Haha thats a bit weird, im Kinda getting old n have Some greys poking though..lol!!

    I've been quite surprised how bad the flap issue is, especially coming from BMW :-/

    As for the French stuff. I still own a 206 lol!

    Have you removed your flaps btw?
