I do love the standard clubsports they seem to be quite rare (i don't ever see them on the road) but i bought this as it is and don't really have the money to change it back being a student. I know its basically an M3 rep but i think its been done very tastefully and to be honest there is not much i think i could do to the car to make it nicer. Its not like i have got some smaller engined bmw and tried to fool everyone into thinking its an m3 this really car really does fly. Any idea how many clubsports were origonally produced compared to m3's and standard 330ci's??

    Cheers

    John

    Absolutley love it.

Look better with the original wheels or LMs and the original front indicators IMO

RJB. I have only just got this car, the previous owner started changing the car by adding the quad exhaust system, wheels etc. M3 lokalike i guess. I have never been a fan of people adding big exhausts to cars to try and make it look better but the car came like it and it does sound quite nice so i can't complain to much.

Plumb, i really am a newbie in the bmw and car world, i have been driving some piece of S@*t 306 around since i passed my test a few years ago so i don't know what LM's are. The standard clubsports do look really nice but i think the m3 alloys do add a bit more style to it but thats just my opinion. I respect the fact that a lot of people would like to see a standard clubsport but i saw this car and it really was a bargain so i grabbed the chance.

RJB i wasent haveing a go mate was just saying what the deal was with the way it looks. In all honesty i would be happy with a standard clubsport or the way it looks now. Once your sat in the drivers seat giving it some whos gives a s@*t what it looks like, your the one sat in the drivers seat and can't even see the outside so enjoy it

cracking car there sir. i've got meself a 2003 clubsport - one thing to look at re the exhaust is to do the golf tee modification (or, like me, just hammer the rusted exhaust butterfly valve open)...that will make it sound even better

Plumb, nice wheels but im a fan of using standard BMW parts to keep it "standard" as possible.
