Hi there everyone, I am completely new to the Bmw scene and I hope you guys and gals will be good to me.
I want to enter through the "eco" door of the Bmw world as in the a fast car when i need to rush and some thing good on fuel when I am taking it easy. Im driving a Voolvo 440Si 1.9td at the moment and I am saving up for a Beemer. I was thinking about a 330d but I have been told that they arnt that economic, so I downsized my choice to a 320d because of the better figures mpg wise. So what do you guys think?

    Two words "Swirl Flaps"

Good on you for doing your research first. This will ensure you don't get bitten on the arse

I have moved this thread to the Introduction forum

For further assistance regarding your questions please can you post in the "General BMW Discussion" forum. This is required as you do not own the vehicle yet and are unable to supply all of the vehicle details which are required for threads created in the technical threads

Hey thanks for the warm welcome guys, so what do guys think of the 320d? Is it quik? I know its got around 150bhp and that sounds great but how quick does it shift? If you are flooring it for eg. Other then that are they good on fuel?
Give me a heads up guys
    Thanks in advance
