Buyer's remorse.... premium car = high expectations, therefore more easily let down by ownership... you could read Alain de Botton's book 'Status Anxiety' and the bit about 'Acquisition Achievement Satisfaction' for more details. Or...
...buy a clapped out old astra or focus and enjoy the fact that you still have your money in the bank. Who cares if it gets knocked or scuffed. Never have to wash it. Run it into the ground. Find a different 'hobby' to satisfy your desire for perfection.
My neighbours have owned one crap car after another and never spend over £2K - but they are always happy about their cars and take the moral high ground over spending loads on a fancy car. They let their kids use them as goal posts.
Guess they are deep down jealous of my nice 57 plater. Or maybe not.
Don't let your perceptions of other peoples viewpoints over your choice of car make you feel you've made a bad choice.
There are many who would love to own your car, and many more who will never.
