    Hi all,

After having owned a Clio 182 for 2 years, I was ready for a car that I wasn't embarrassed to give people from work a lift in!

Having shopped around for quite a while and seeing some dogs, I'm finally the owner of a 325ci M Sport, pics below.

    Comments welcome

Oh...and this may be a stupid question, but can't work it out!

The old clio had xenons with auto adjusters and headlight washers. (Which I thought were legal requirements)

The Bimmer has auto adjusters but no washers, does that mean they aren't Xenons? How do I tell?

    Cheers

No washers, no Xenons, doubtful the Clio had Xenons. I think your mixing up projector lights with Xenons. Enjoy your new car.

Hi mate, cheers for the reply, I was guessing they weren't Xenons. The clio definitely had them on as I had to pay a fortune for a new Xenon bulb!

Welcome to the forum dude! Also where abouts in midlands? I'm in Leamington so will keep an eye out for that sexy motor (and she is pretty damn sexy!)

On Xenons. do washers indicate you should have xenons?

my car was listed with Xenons, and I DO have headlight washers, but the bulbs in my lights are the normal, yellowy type, not xenons as far as i (and the guys from the Autobright meet) can tell....

do you reckon the previous owner has whacked normal bulbs into the xenon holders?

Or do I have a crossover where i have light washers but no xenons?

    Thanks. x

Hi mate, thanks for the welcome - I'm in Uttoxeter, Staffordshire which isn't too far away really!

I like your imola too, I was looking at then. Does your paintwork still look good as I heard red was a pain for fading?

I checked mine and they definitely aren't Xenons, I'm sure another expert will be able to help you diagnose yours!

    Cheers

welcome to the forum from another midlands member.
There's an alternative. There's always a third way, and it's not a combination of the other two ways. It's a different way

I see you've made you're decision now lets see you enforce it.

    Welcome mate

Xenons were an option on the Renault Clio 182 Sport, so it sounds like you did have xenons before! Just to clear it up for everyone!
