thats great, but lad have to find out whats the cause first! could be short journeys, could be daft stats so the car coolant does not reach its temperature, could be glow plugs issue or other. so firstly, check your temperature in hidden menu and after 20 mins you should be up to full temperature which would be in cold weather in between 87-93 centigrade.

Mine is doing the same. Had my dpf professionally cleaned 2 mths ago and all was well until today when the light came back on after a return trip from Lancashire back to London. Took it back to local Indy and he cleared the fault code 480a and 481a, and forced a regen. Then told me to run it up the motorway for 30 mins at over 2000rpm, tried this and within 10 mins the warning light was back on. So what next... Well all the temperatures are fine, the autologic is showing no faults apart from the ones I said earlier, the garage tried a new pressure sensor also but no good.... I've heard the egr valves could be a cause.. But at the moment we are at a loss. To be honest, it seems to have happened since having the swirl flaps removed due to an oil leak... Maybe coincidental. Any ideas much appreciated.

Just get it gutted and sw update to remove regen. No more dpf error! A remap at this stage would be a good idea too for not much more money.
