Does anyone have any hints or tips I should know about

Also if I want to ditch the Run Flats do I need to do this for all of them at the same time or can I do it as they need replacing

    congrats

interms of tyres, I fairly sure you will have to change all at the same time, or at least in pairs i.e. rears together etc.. but I maybe wrong about that, I would change all 4 together, otherwise it may ride funny.

Change all 4. If your Sw location anywhere near Cardiff or Bridgend County, then I recommend Celtic tyres. i got hankook ventus v12's full set for £400 late last years, It's an E46 but i believe same staggered rims set up. I've been a passenger in a car with run flats, ride was shite compared to normal tyres.

Glad to help. In that case, plump for the Bridgend depot. that's the one I used.
