Hi everyone. New to the site, New to owning a BMW.
I have a 520i on an M reg. Could anyone tell me if it is normal for this model to have a very slow throttle uptake?

The car seems to pull quite good over 4000 rpm but anything under that it takes an absolute age to get up to speed.

Any suggestions as to how to improve this would be good.

    Thanks for reading.

Is it a manual or an auto?
It may just be how the car is and how you are expecting it to react.

Fault codes may give clues if there is something amiss, like the lambda sensor, or airleaks.
