    Hi 328mark

Thanks for the ebay links. I've already contacted both of these seller (& the breakers who have the white E34 Touring on ebay at the mo). The first one has all the interior in light grey & wants £150.00. Now, might sound like I'm being picky & I hope I don't sound ungrateful but I don't really want the hastle of ripping out & replacing all of the interior (carpets, door cards, centre console, dash, etc), I would like to just replace the seats (which are dark grey cloth as my car has dark grey carpets, black dash, black door cards, etc) with either the same as already fitted or with black leather.

The second one has dark grey seats but the drivers seat base is worn (which is the same as my drivers seat)

I'll continue my quest......hopefully one of the Breakers Search Engines will bring results.

another option might be to visit a trimmer and see about re-covering your existing seats.
there's someone advertising e46 leather retrims for 350 on the bay.

    Hi again Mark

That thought has crossed my mind. I used to know a retired Trimmer who would do work for Beer & Fag money but, unfortunatly, he passed away a few years back.

A bit of info on my Beemer....

    1993 520i SE Touring Auto
Purchased off Ebay a couple of weeks back
Elcec. windows, twin sun roof's, etc
    MOT'd until end Oct 2008
    Taxed until end Oct 2008
    Runs & drives without fault

    Only found two things wrong...
Drivers seat base worn through (hence seat covers, see below pic)
Digital Milage reading not displaying (previous owner change battery a couple of year back, must have done something wrong because this fault occured when conecting new battery, see below pic)

All this for the grand sum of........£250.00

The pic's are from the Ebay Ad.....will take some of my own over the weekend & post on here (if the weather holds out enough & I get chance to give it a clean).

Well, didn't manage to give it a clean so no new pic's yet.....maybe this weekend.

Did manage to fit a Cone Air Filter & a new CD player to replace the old Radio Cassette that I didn't have the code for, so can now listen to my tunes & the "induction growl" now coming from the engine.

Removed cone filter on Sunday.....engine started over-reving & "pulsing" when warm. Put the original air filter box back on....running a treat again.

Once again, other "more important things" (so the wife said) got in the way so no new pic's......sorry
