    Hi,

I've recently bought an E36 328 saloon off a mate as a daily driver, my main car for the last 10 years has been a heavily modified Nissan 200sx now running a skyline GTR engine and pushing out 500bhp. Not the most practical of cars and surprised I've managed to survive with one car (and a moaning girlfriend who doesn't drive) for so long. Considered selling it to buy a E46 M3 amongst other things but just couldn't bring myself to do it. Driving the e36 might encourage me to do so!

Really enjoying driving the BMW at the moment as its so much smoother and quieter, not the tidiest example close up but looks good from 20 yards away. I drove the Nissan today and it feels horrible to drive compared to the BMW now.

I know absolutely nothing about bmws so have a lot of reading to do on here. I must try and resist modifying it though! I do need to upgrade the angel eyes though, first job!

Yeah it's a bit of a beast, I prefer driving the BMW now though, I've driven the Nissan twice since the BMW and when I took the Nissan out the other day I kept stalling it! The dash feels so far away compared to the 328 to, The Nissan feels to weird to drive despite owning it for years.

    Think I'm getting old!

i keep thinking of going from german to jap!
money and insurance is the only thing stoping me though :P

dont get me wrong i love my bm, but owning a cbr1000rr makes me get bored when i get in the car.
a turbo jap monster would seem the only way forward

I know what your saying, my cosworth isnt no slouch but driving it seems such a hassle lately, might be age? or just a small break away from what i know best is in order.

Been thinking of selling my cossie recently but will probably regret it later as its a very clean one.
