Just a quick introduction to you good folks.

I recently purchased a 2002 318Ti SE and trawled the forum for a while to get a feel for what I was letting myself in for. Its a bit of a come down from the 97 Boxster I owned previously, but far more practical for my requirements (a hell of a lot cheaper to keep as well).

I hope I dont ask too many dumb questions.

    Dave.

    Thanks for the welcome folks.

I must confess to being more than a little surprised at how much fun the Beemer is to drive and if I am honest, a lot less fuss involved than the Porsche at relative speeds.

I am now looking forward to kitting it out to suit my taste.

    Exhaust
    Induction
    Wheels
    Suspension
    Brace

    but not much else really.

A little quicker and a little lower will do me just fine.

For an induction/filter you should get a Green filter. Because it gives you a bit more low down power. But i dont know if they only apply well for the 316ti. For Alloys i would get either MV1/MV2 or BBS LM but that just my opinion.

However my car i has MV1, but i 'm looking to get a green filter soon when i see some LooT in my account
