Hi everyone, first time BMW owner here. My names is James and i'm 23 and live about 5 miles outside of Newmarket - 2 months ago I picked up my first BMW - a late 2009 BMW 118d Sport 3-door hatch in Space Grey.

It has a few options in like half leather sports seat, bluetooth, iPod, comfort access and some other stuff I can't remember now...

    When I picked it up:

we also have a couple of other BMW owned cars at the house like my Dads 2007 650i Convertible:

and my Mums 2005 Mini Cooper S Convertible:

Before I bought the 1er I had a 2001 E320 CDi Merc that had a few bits done to it over the year I owned it:

18" AMG turbines from an SL:

20" AMG Pace car wheels from my old mans old SL500:

And then this is how it looked just before I sold it on to get teh 1er:

    before the merc I had a 1.8t Audi A4:

and then before that was my favourite, my 2.0 ABF'd Corrado:

Im looking at making a few changes to the 1er, but not too many as I'll be getting rid of it in 3 years back to BMW etc... so at the moment, im really on the hunt for some 18/19's!

I look forward to speaking and hopefully meeting some of you guys!

Thanks guys, i've had a few others as well, but thats a selection of my last 3/4. I really want to make this 1er something to remember when I get round to the end of my lease - i don't want it to look like another estate agents company car haha!

Made a few changes to the car since I bought it now, firstly I put on some BMW MV3 18" wheels from the E90 sport BMW's and did some carbon wrapping inside.

Then decided I didn't really like the wheels so they are now sold and have been replaced by some 18" BBS CH's and I've also fitted some coilovers!

Got a 75mm drop at the front so far and 60mm at the rear, but the rear cant go any lower without taking the adjuster cups out - which should be done soon!
