hiya guys and gals, Im tom a 24 year old ginger from bristol lol i have had a large varaition of cars since passing my test 1st time at 18 (in 2004) i started off with the usual ford escorts and fiestas lol, then proceeded to be a chavvy modifier but never really suceeded until 2007 when i bought a 2002 focus tdci i spent a few £ks in handling and brake upgrades and the usual remaps etc managed to get 260lb/ft and 147 hp up from 113 bhp, it was great and full of torque i will always have a soft spot for older fords for some reason possibly due to there kind of modern yet retro coolness im talking mk1,2,3 escorts etc even had an orion once which i fitted good old tsw venoms to lol oh the shame. anyway in december 2007 i bit the bulet and bought an absolutley mint 2003 bmw 316i se 1.8 16v valvetronic, i fitted leather trim , full long life exhaust and a set of mv2's it looked gorgeous but i hated the puny gutless engine it was mint had only done 32k but i craved more power so i then bought after 4 months of ownership a 2003 focus st170, spent £6k on mods my first real performance car a powerworks low blow supercharger conversion, bluefin remap, eibach coilovers, yokohama tyres, ebc brakes all round, pipercross viper and janspeed stainlees system with sports cat, it was wild and rolling roaded with 282 bhp and 204 lb/ft i was loving surprising all the bigger more valuable cars etc then after a few very sucessful track days at castle coombe embarrasing some serious performance cars on the track i got bored and wanted a sensible car, sold the focus and for some unknown reason bought a freelander, nuf said it last 2 weeks and i had a cracking offer of a swap a 2003 1.8 petrol freelander with 36k mint condition to swap for a 2005 citroen c4 vts 2.0 hdi coupe, now i know there weird cars but the family man took over, the citroen was worth nearly £2000 more than the freelander, i used the citroen for 6 months and basically ran it into the ground as to me it was just a lump of metal that served its purpose but now its gone i realise actually how good of a car it actually was but after deciding i could not afford to get the flywheel and clutch changed i got offered a swap for a car i could only dream of owning, a 1997 m3 evo convertible i was besotted until an insurance quote put the dampeners on it but it inspired me to get a 325 convertible instead but i struggled to find a good one, then last month i spotted a 1996 320i convertible m3 replica and thankfully the guy was willing to do a straight swap for the citroen, the citroen only owed me £3500 but obviously worth a bit more but i just thought stuff it and had a straight swap, the 320 is not really the nippy performer i wanted but its ample and i love the styling, it has 19 inch wheels, eibach suspension and from the outside the only give away thats its not a real m3 is the single exhaust and the tiny brakes, but i dont care i adore this car, a bit of a long story but im currently sat in work bored with loads of time on my hands lol. and among all those cars i have owned loads of others.

anyway enough talk, hi to you all
