Hi there my name is Janice and I recently bought a 2007 X3, I love it but very quickly discovered it had a problem, it is missing in 1st 2nd and 3rd gear, I took it to a BMW Specialist and spent £500 on a new air mass filter and a few other unrelated things, however I still have the problem, he now thinks it is something to do with sensors that are on the axle for tyre pressure and speed. you can't just buy the sensors apparently you have to buy a new axle at £387! Can anyone help, has anyone else had this problem.

    Thanks Janice

I sort of thought that I was being had! Do you think that replacing these parts will sort out the miss in the car?
