    Thanks to all the welcomes. I live in Wall right by the Roman Site. Thats IN Wall not in A Wall..lol. I've so far changed the brake pads, pollen filter and drop links. All very easy to work on. I will abide by the thread rules and ask my first Q in the right place. I don't want telling off afore I've started.

    I was well known in the Land Rover forums as I owned them for over 30years, so please forgive me if I don't understand the abbreviations, nicknames and slang talk to do with BMW's.
