328 Vert is a good choice.

Loads of torque for just cruising along.

    E36's rock......but i'm biased.

    Welcome.

    Hi tay14,

Welcome aboard, I had a RS Turbo S1 1985 white lightning custom model back in 1996, still miss it, but life moves on?!!

Been with BM's now for last 6 years, had the 1994 E36 325 convertible, great car. E36 325 192bhp is as quick as the E36 328, the E36 323 pumps out 170bhp, so if its power you want get the 325 or 328.

Have now moved up to a 2002 E46 330 Ci convertible 231bhp, wow what an improvement over the 325 car I had.

Main thing is check for overheating problems on the 6 cylinder engines, and usual suspension bushes etc, try to get one with lots of history if you can.

No rust issues like on the Fords!!!

Good luck in your quest to get a BM.

    Steve
