    Hi all just bought myself my first BMW, a 2000 E39 535I M Sport, just thought i would say hello, nice site you have here.

    I have owned quite a few cars in my time my fav was my red Jaguar XJR
    now i have this





    I live in Plymouth Devon England and I hope i enjoy my time with my BMW

    And im not quite sure the motorsport badge on the rear of the car is original ?

    Welcome to the forum mate
    I don't reckon the Motorsport badge was original, you can remove it quite easily, check the 'How-To' Section for a topic I made about moving rear badges

    Motorsport badge not as standard as you say, but part of the BMW Motorsport range LINK. Even I had one Joe......font is BMW, but lot's of other cars have this on them as well
