    Hi,

I'm pleased I've finally found a UK BMW forum. I've had my M5 for around 8 months now and love every minute of ownership (well, maybe apart from paying for petrol).

This is my first BMW, and bought it after selling my B7 Audi RS4 which I owned for 3 years. Previously I had an R33 Nissan Skyline GTR, which again I had for 3 years.

Well, they say a picture speaks a thousand words, so here are a few pictures of my car.

If you have any questions about it, or would like to see any more pictures please let me know.

    Paul

Welcome mate. Not many V10 Owners on here, glad to see you join. Hopefully we might get a few more. If i had enough money to afford and run one, It would definatly be the N/A V10 i would want. Lots of people on here with good BMW knowledge. Im sure you will find forum helpfull.

    Thanks guys.

    Here are some more pics.

I'm hoping to find out a bit more about my car. I bought it on a bit of a whim after deciding I wanted an M5. Apparently it's one of the only full AC Schnitzer M5's in the UK.

All of the AC Schnitzer parts were fitted at build, and the car has some unusual badges denoting ‘273’, which might relate to a build number, or limited number made?

The car was built to a very high specification and also includes the following:

    AC Schnitzer
    20” Type 5 Alloy Wheels
    Lowering Springs
    Dual Sports Exhaust
    Carbon Fibre Kidney Grills
    Rear Spoiler
    Carbon Fibre Rear Diffuser
    Front Grill
    Front Splitter
    Carbon Wing Mirror inserts
    Titanium Carbon Fibre Interior Trim
Titanium Carbon Fibre Steering Wheels Trim
    Hand Brake Lever
    Foot Pedals
    Floor Mats
    Perforated Extended Leather
    Other
Rear Headrest LCD’s with Wireless Headphones
    Freeview
    6 disc DVD changer

I'd certainly be interested if anybody knows anything about it.

wow that must have some road presence! Does the exaust give it any power hike over the standard 507? I presume it sounds immense..

Obviously a completly differant animal the M5 but i would also be interested to know if the ACS exhaust systems give any extra gain. As i have a ACS system on my E46 330d fitted by BMW. Anyone know anything about the ACS exhaust systems?
