    Hey guys!

Been reading up on some BMW's as I am looking for a nippy fast coupe. I've owned an MR2 for a while now and I love it, however, it's just too small :(

My budget is limited, probably around 3-3.5k, and I was hoping to find a semi-decent E46 330i Coupe or Touring, preferably manual but automatic I can live with too...

What are the common things to look at when buying those? How are the regular running costs?
Is there anything specific to look out for ? What should I be wary of when looking at the service book?

Or in this price range should I be looking for something with a smaller engine..

If this has been asked a million times, I apologise and would appreciate a pointer to the right thread

    Thread necro!

After last year, I've bought a 2007 Civic Type-R, and quite like it but time comes to change maybe

So, what are your opinions on the E39 540i I want a V8 next. I've done a 4 cyl turbo, 4 cyl NA, 4 cyl VTEC - now it's time for bigger toys
