Shame it's taken you so long to move away from swedish cars. Don't take so long putting this on the road as the other Volvo you have.
Looks good by the way so look after it.
See you soon and just think petrol stations and tyre shops.
with only a week left before the Bimmer goes on the road i went round & did some more work, robbed all the led interior lights out of the S60 & fitted them (just got to buy the little round ones) & fitted the angel-eye headlights (eyebrows need sanding & spraying). Couldn't get the radio to work so looks like i'm rewiring the whole stereo from scratch
I cant believe that was sat undriven for 2 years looks good i normally hate these older very square bimmers but i like this one its got character and nice interior too
the story so far, while counting down till swop-over day i came down with acute tonsillitis & haven't been to work since Wednesday. Managed to pluck up the strength to pick the car up on Saturday as planned, fitted the Volvo's battery (its huge) & got it taxed. 2 tyres had gone flat again so got them checked & resealed, got the car washed & vac'd out. I also bought a new radio, which when plugged in did nothing (well it lit-up). After some investigation work the BMW amp is knackered so my bro kindly rewired it for me. & since then its been sat on the drive waiting for me to get better lol
