Just thought I'd say Hi to all.

I have recently bought myself a 2001 330d SE Touring in Orient Blue Metallic with beige sports leather seats. So far I am well chuffed with it, just a few minor bits to sort to get it spot on

    Cheers, Tim

    Hi Andy,

It's 131,000 miles on it, but recently had a lower mileage engine fitted.

My heater fan has a mind of it's own, so I've already got hold of a hedgehog (final stage unit) for it, I have a slight clonk on the left front suspension on direction change, and my gearlever feels like I'm stiring a bowl of poridge!!

    I paid £3250 for it.

I'm intending on giving it a full service, including removing the EGR, new oil breather, etc. Service the suspension with poly bushes, new ball joints, drop links etc. I will also get it remapped after it's sorted.

    Cheers, Tim

It looks immaculate mine has 92k fbmwsh, but is slightly older than yours and I got her for a £100 more so around the same sort of ball park is alot of car for the money, mine has a very small bit of arch rust just starting, the central locking is playing and need a new air con belt. once ive sorted all that I was thinking of getting the engine re-mapped, what mpg are you getting at mo i was seeing 35 round town the other day but had a very sensible work drive yesterday and got it low 39's very happy.

So far I seem to be around the low 40's mpg, which I am pleased with, which is just slightly better than I had with my last car, a 2.1 TD Xantia.
