    just thought id say hi, signed up yesterday as last weekend i picked up a 98' 318is as my new daily driver, just done an oil and air filter change today too im looking forward to looking through the how to's and learning a bit more about bmw's

    sorry for the darkness ive barely had a free minute during daylight to take snaps but here she is




    i used to have a mk2 golf so im a big fan of german and japanese cars, here are my other 2 cars
    my 240bhp stripped out 200sx

    and my pimpin 1981 datsun bluebird (sadly being sold)


    looking forward to checkin out the rest of the forum

    You cant sell the bluebird, they are superb cars, i love the retro jap stuff..

    thanks for the welcomes guys, well fingers crossed the datsuns going to a new home where the plans for a ca18det 1.8 turbo from an sx will be dropped in and coilovers fitted/ general tidyup.

    i dont wanna part company but im 24 and still living at home and the parents will be on my case

    I quite like that 200sx, I was looking to get a s14 but the s13's look good aswell. You got anymore pics? and whats it like as a daily driver?

    i got quite a lot of pics i can put up if your interested, as a daily theyre fun untill the modifying bug takes over, mines harsh as a daily now as its on coilovers, adjustable arms, stripped out, 3" bore exhaust for maximum flow from the turbo etc etc

    you could probably pick up a tidy s14 with a few subtle things done to it that would be a nice daily, theyre very different to bm's to drive, not so refined but a good handling car when set up properly
