Hi there, Just thought i would say Hi as I search through the site for help.

Name is Russ drive a Nissan Skyline GTST at the moment, Yes I know I swayed from the realm of BMW after owning 3 5series, 1 3series and a Z3 !

Now the skyline is almost finished I'm on the look out for a new project and my heart is set on an 850csi, The skyline is stupidly quick and amazing fun to drive but it lacks the build and quality of the Bmw's, Yeah I knew that when i bought it but hey Gran Turismo has a lot to answer for !

    So Thats me

    Cheers

Got to be about the same as the skyline LOL I've spent more on it than it would have cost me to buy it twice

Well If the right one comes up could be anytime, But instead of just going and buying one and then finding about them as I have done previously with other cars I thought it best to get some info on usual problems, then of course ,Ease of acquiring lowering suspension, exhuast upgrades, chipping/ecu upgrades.

Basically don't want to do too much looks wise, just get a good stance, nice set of deep dish rims and go for the VIP look.

Skyline needs its final remap which will be after christmas now due to work, So ideally I want to enjoy that next year and then sell, Unless I just keep both if one turns up that just has to be bought No Rush happy to peruse for a while.

thats the way to do it with an CSi mate, there arent many out there and ones that are tend to be enthusiast kept, certainly only people who know what they are and that can afford to run them do, so there arent that many bad ones out there which is a result.

Been a while since I've been on here to post, kept coming back for research though and well ended up buying a e60 525d

    which looked like this............

Had a few unfortunate problems, New pistons rings didn't seal, turbo went all under warranty and now all replaced, the car had ingested its swirl flaps and i bought it after a rebuild. Thank god for the top quality garage i bought it from.

anyway I couldn't leave it standard, so now it looks like this.........

Needs the shadow line doing. have got rid of the matt black painted standard grill since that pic as i was fed up of chrome looking stone chips.

waiting on time to do the shadow line, got a K&N plus EGR bypass to fit then its going for a reprogram and a remap, rather happy i got a M57N also

    Cheers for looking
