    Hi

I have just bought a BMW 320i today. Its an old one. 1994 but only cost £400 so a bargain (hopefully)

Just been for a spin and enjoyed the drive, its a bit different to driving my old Grand Cherokee thats for sure.

It was supposed to be for the missus but I can see me putting the Jeep on ebay soon and getting her something else

    Regards

    Heres a pic

    bmw.jpg

There are a few niggles with it.

The brake pad light is on. Have ordered a full set from Euro car parts, also got a full service kit as well so thats my job for the weekend. There is 25% off brake and service parts at the moment so got a good deal.

The airbag light is on. Seems this is a common problem.

The drivers window wont go up or down. Will look into this at the weekend. Also the drivers mirror stopped moving tonight.

The only thing that may be worrying is the steering which just doesnt feel right. Its quite heavy but that may be because the Jeep I am used to is very light. Also on the motorway it feels like there is some play in the steering wheel and a sort of rattling feeling. Its hard to explain but I think it may be the track rod ends.

The MOT is due next month so we will see if its the bargain I thought it was.
