    guys and girls,

I'm hoping to pick up an early 330ci later in the week. It'll be the first BMW i've owned but not the first i've driven. Its been a few years since i had a rwd car so i'm looking forward to it-there is only so much FWD you can take and after a 150 brake diesel it'll be motoring nirvana

Its amazing the price hit the cars have taken really, i didnt think i'd be able to stretch to one but alas. I couldnt quite stretch to a facelift sport but the SE isnt exactly a hardship.

so yeah, look forward to plenty of pointless points in the not too distant future lol

Thats a great choice in motor car if Im honest and your right, prices have gone a bit crazy lately...

but its all good for petrolheads who are in the market to buy, rather than sell

absolutely mate. I very nearly opted for a 540 sport but i cant stretch to the car and a LPG conversion

I'm hoping that the 330 will be a bit cheaper to run although i will miss the 700 miles for 60 quid i got out of the die-sel!

picked it up today, very very happy with it. The dash has thrown up a warning light though which is a bugger.

I've come back to BMW after a gap of a few years. I am so pleased! Have a 330 which is amazingly economical when you want it to be!

Nothing comes close to the all round driving experience from these cars.

Hope you manage to sort out the warning light

Welcome. Lovely car, I am starting to seriously think about a 330. The new tax laws are working out quite well for some of us!

There are a few of us on here running LPG so let us know when your going for your conversion and I am sure we will be able to share our experiences. You will get close to the running costs of diesel (esp around town) but probably will have to fill up three times as often!

    Enjoy your new motor.

    Ian
