    Good morrow,fine people.

    I'm Pug.
    I'd never heard of this BMW forum,although I owned an E30 for 12 years,and could have done with some advise re that 'kinawful Desoto carb over the years.

    Anyhow-I now have a 1996 318i,[sans Desoto!]which I'm chuffed to bits with,AND I've found you!

    I've read the stickies re posting-and I'm not sure if I'm in the right place,saying the right thing,or using the correct heading...but I'll improve,honest.

    Good Times.

    Now-the reason I'm not sure if I'm in the right bit is because I DO have a question;
    Compared to my E30,this E36's steering seems AWFULLY heavy-is that standard with the model?

    [please accept my apologies if I'm in the wrong bit-I WILL sort myself out,but I'm far from computer literate]

    Hi wilts-er,yes...you'll have to hang on while I wrestle with how to post pictures.
    I'm every bit as good with computers as I am with making light fluffy souffles.
