Tomorrow I'm doing a double bubble back to back - 45 minutes of Box-Fit then straight into 45 minutes of pump then Fri Spin and Saturday Pump

Giving up smoking and spending as many hours as I did in front of this ruddy laptop helping BMW fanatics didn't help the waistline.

I was going to hit the weights hard again like when I was working the door but then I thought, what's the point? I need to get fit and back into shape so that I can enjoy a healthy life. Besides can you imagine a meat head electrician trying to shimmy through tight loft spaces?
Sounds pretty good mate! Certainly doing a lot! Does make you feel much better though, I find my legs ache if I don't do any cardio for a couple of days when resting now, so end up doing more

    Thanks for all the replies

Just to keep you posted, all of my Tutor Marked Assessments have now been returned and PASSED. So it really does put everything on my Practical Assessment on June 27th

Looking forward to completing it and then forking out yet more money to join a scheme and be able to certify my own work. At least then I'll be able to take on my own jobs whilst hopefully still contracting for the other company I have doen a little work with in the past

Oh guess what? Gym This evening

Take care all, see you soon
