Just thought I'd pop in and say Hi quickly

What am I up to at the moment?

Not much, work has slowed down again unfortunately but I have my final course assessment coming up at the end of June

    Still not smoking

    Still not driving a BMW

    Transit still going great

Oh, and I now attend the gym 5-6 days a week which normally consists of 7 sessions a week

Anyway, those of you that still have projects going on "Pull your ruddy finger out and get them finished - The Summer is nearly here and your car NEEDS to be at those shows"

    See you soon

Nice to hear from you mate!

Been seeing you and your fitness updates on Facebook
Similar to me although you probably have more of an aim than I do, I'm just trying to get lean and maintain my weight.

    Glad everything is good

Mine is all cardio too Joe but I go to 45 minute gym classes which create an awesome buzz and aid the motivational issues.

    This weeks has/will be

Mon Spin, Tues Pump, This evening Abs,

Tomorrow I'm doing a double bubble back to back - 45 minutes of Box-Fit then straight into 45 minutes of pump then Fri Spin and Saturday Pump

Giving up smoking and spending as many hours as I did in front of this ruddy laptop helping BMW fanatics didn't help the waistline.

I was going to hit the weights hard again like when I was working the door but then I thought, what's the point? I need to get fit and back into shape so that I can enjoy a healthy life. Besides can you imagine a meat head electrician trying to shimmy through tight loft spaces?

Hi Rym,How are things?I seen on facebook that you are spending more time in the gym.Not good about the work front though but hopefully things will pick up for you. Glad you are nearly finished the sparky course I moved so have to cycle nearly 10miles to work...keeps me from going to the gym I am one of those that would get a membership but never bother to go....so thats why cycling to work is perfect
