    Hi all,

    I'm recently new to owing an X5 E53,and have a fault with my heater control unit as every button has lit up and I cannot turn any of them off, anyone have any idea has to what the fault could be?

    Try to recode the unit 1st
    This's can be done at a good independent bmw Speaclist with autologic diagnostics
    If that does not work a new one will be needed
    If your near me I can have a look at the problem for you I should have a replacement unit if needed as well

    just a quick thought, have you pressed the Auto button on the panel?
    If you press the individual button then it puts in on manual mode.
    just worth a check!
