heater blower stopped working last night 320d e90, took of pollen filter of bulkhead and you can see the top of the motor, get a ruler and give it a tap, then tape an old bit of tube to ruler ,poke through so tube sits on the nut on top of the heater motor spray some wd40 down the tube until it gets on the nut, then push the motor round with the ruler and it frees the sticking motor, put filter back on and the heater blower should work fine ...

this is a quick solution for freein the heater blower motor ,its worked for me saves time strippin the glove box ,only takes 10 mins its worth a try before strippin everything out,try this first,9 times out of 10 it works,if its not this it mite be the resister or complete motor,so try the cheapest first, the distance from bulkhead to fan motor nut is 11 inch so use a ruler with a bit of wood taped to it or a yard stick cus you dont want to drop the ruler inside, tape the tube about 1 inch longer then ruler ,the wd40 or lube of choice will run down to the nut,as im new to site mite be wrong section, hope it helps someone..
