    hi everybody.thought i'd join as i've just purchased my first bmw ever!!!.just bought a 59 plate face lift 318i petol m sport.in black and i love it!!would have liked a bigger power house but have to remember i have kids.lol.plus the missus is the worst passenger ever!!! so quick question first buy will be some staggered 19 incers 8.5/9,5 et 38/35 know the best set up for tyres is 225/35 front 255/30 rears.my question is will 255/35's be ok on the rears?any info would me cool.cheers.

    I wouldn't think so as the /30 or /35 is a percentage of the width and adds a lot to the height of the tyre. There is a sticky on here somewhere that lists the tyres you can get away with.
    If all this is wrong I'm sure someone will come along and correct me soon.
