Hello all. I've wanted a BMW for 20 years. I've just turned 40 and pic up a 330D ES this friday. I can't wait. Have I done the right thing? It a 2004 with 60 on the clock. Auto, full leather and a FBMWSH.

    Hi Ashley,Welcome to Bimmerforums.co.uk............

Perfect time to get a BM although you probably been missing out for a good 20years....

First thing to do is get rid of the swirl flaps on your car

Congrats... I got my first one, age 46. I'll be 50 time it's paid for... Then it'll doubtless be a Honda Jazz. Enjoy being 40!

I bought my wife a Honda Jazz. She's taking me to Brum and I'll be coming back in a Bimmer.

Hello, welcome. We have a select club here, the BMW lovers against the rest of the world, enjoy it.
I know when I got my first one many years ago, I felt special somehow, obviously, it was the superior car and build quality, nothing to do with me!
