Howdy folks, Just wanted to introduce myself, I'm a 99 E46 328i owner of four years now and still loving it.
Enjoying reading the forums and finding loads of useful info.
No doubt i'll probably be picking your brains at some point in the future concerning the quirks of the E46.

    Thanks for the welcome guys.
the car was originally owned by a Solicitor who got it as a company perk, He lived no more than a mile from work so walked more often than not leaving the car garaged.
Problem with this was that the tyres and brakes needed sorting due to lack of use/neglect. At three years old there was only 7000 miles on the clock!.
A friend of mine bought it and drove it for three years and i bought it off him with
23 000 miles on the clock.
It now has 58 000 on it,no major faults yet (touch wood) Only major things replaced have been the front ball joints, battery and rear springs, its been oil serviced more or less every six months so not bad for a 10 year old car no?

bmwkev the weather over here is brassmonkeys!
